10 of The Funniest Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 Memes

One look at Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 and you can see why. It’s locked at 30fps, but the world is also completely empty. The NPCs and cars in the game at launch were fairly dull and predictable, disappearing or resetting as soon as you turned away and looked back, but the PS4 version seems to have removed all but the most essential ones entirely. It’s a ghost town, and regardless of my own thoughts on Cyberpunk 2077’s quality or themes, it’s clear that this is a shadow of the game it once was. Not even a shadow of its looming potential - the game seems to work on a basic ‘does not crash’ level, but aside from that it’s demonstrably worse than it was at launch. I’d love to hear an explanation for why it was finally deemed okay to sell now, when the game is so obviously not ready that it’s being sold with a warning that it’s not actually going to work on the console it is currently being sold for. The conspiracy theory that Sony is pissed CDPR left it carrying the can for refunds doesn’t ring true for me - if that was the case, I doubt it would be back on the store

The Monster Hunter series has really stepped up its character creator settings with each new title. This game has it

Final Fantasy is a game that loves hair design, and gives players many choices. However, there are severe limitations considering the popularity of the MMO and its huge fanbase. There is a need for more curly hair options, and many fans are annoyed that some hairstyles cannot be used for certain races. Recent race additions like Viera and Hrothgar particularly have limited choi

When Cyberpunk 2077 does work, it works very well, and it's a fun experience. There's a lot to be done in order to make it feel like the true, definitive version of the hyped E3 title that whipped fans into such a frenzy, but balancing out the gameplay elements is a nice st

Cyberpunk 2077, the biggest cautionary tale in modern gaming, is officially back on the PS Store. It kind of feels like that Spongebob meme - you know, that one and only meme from Spongebob - where some guy finds Patrick’s wallet, only Patrick insists it’s not his. Well, Patrick is CDPR , the driving license is Cyberpunk 2077 , the wallet is a standard PS4, and that blue guy is all of us. Aren’t memes even funnier when someone describes them badly instead of using a meme generator site? What’s that? No?! Well, screw you pal. The point is Cyberpunk 2077 is once more available on PS4 , except it’s not rea

Though it might not be one of the worst games in the cyberpunk genre , Cyberpunk 2077 Guide 2077 had arguably the worst video game launch in history, but it isn’t the only one that has faced scrutiny upon release. Games developers tend to have really tight deadlines and employees can work 80 hour weeks when it comes to crunch time, but that’s still not necessarily enough to treat all of the b

Cyberpunk 2077 is back in gaming news, specifically because of more controversy regarding how much of a mess it turned out to be on last-gen consoles . It was so bad, in fact, that Sony pulled it from the PlayStation Store until CD Projekt Red managed to cobble together a series of fixes. It's back up, but the controversy hasn't gone away, as the developer has overtly stated that major issues still pers

Upon entering the game for the first time, there’s a bit of a learning curve. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s super steep, but the interface can be a little overwhelming until you spend some time with it. There’s also often a vagueness in the narrative that takes some getting used to. However, I think this adds to the game’s immersive experience. You’re essentially a newcomer to the bordertown, tasked with somehow getting through the gate into Cincinnati. You’re not really given any direction and are left to figure things out on your own. This "picking yourself up by the bootstraps" experience forces you to be uncomfortable and confused at first, but eventually pays off as you learn the nuances of the g

While Cyberpunk 2077 is back on the PS Store, we’re being advised not to buy it on PS4. I don’t mean that someone has done a tech analysis and concluded that it runs a bit worse on PS4 than, say, Xbox - I mean we’re literally being told ‘don’t buy it on PS4,’ by both CD Projekt Red itself and PlayStation. Instead, both recommend using the juicier PS4 Pro, or just straight up using a PS5. It’s worth noting that the game is not out on PS5 - the PS4 version is compatible, but the PS5 version of the game, along with the Xbox Series X/S versions, is still in the works on top of the game’s still ongoing bug fixes and DLC. Thanks to the problems at launch, we still don’t know when any of this stuff is going to arr

There was a lot to be upset about when it came to 2015’s Battlefront , EA’s remake of the beloved original game from 10 years beforehand, as many felt that it was essentially a $60 arcade shooter with little variety in gamep

Every Hideo Kojima In-Game Appearance (Not Just MGS5: Ground Zeroes)

After the uproar, Sony eventually removed the game from the store to avoid any more problems, but there are a select few who think it should have stayed on there. This hilarious meme, which brilliantly uses SpongBob SquarePants screenshots, points the finger at the hypocrites who demanded a refund and then got angry at Sony for removing it from the st

Kojima has a long history of making brief cameos in his own games, especially throughout the Metal Gear Solid series, but has more recently begun appearing in other studios' works as well. His cameos outside of Kojima Productions games tend to embrace the visionary game director's personality. Oshima in Cyberpunk is more or less a braindance analogue for real-life Kojima, and Dr. Tokui taking players on a " guided imagery experience " is rather similar to what Kojima does with video games. Hideo Kojima's reputation precedes him, but it is clear that he is highly regarded within the games industry, and his commitment to artistry within the medium has led to many video game appearanc

What's more — it’s not just specific to guns or weapons, either. For one measly Perk point, V can start to break down guns and armor sets they find in the open world to build up a sizeable collection of overpowered modificatio

It made for not only one of the most infamous video game releases of all time, but one of the most memed to death video games in history, too. Between making fun of all of the glitches, criticizing the release strategy, and having way too much fun with the over-the-top player customization options, the memes are almost as entertaining as playing the g

This is largely due to the Perks this tree offers, a good number of which are absolutely crucial for players trying to make the most out of crafting. So, let's take a look at which perks are needed and which are

And you will be punished. Whether you randomly get mugged in a back alley or end up in a long and slow death loop that drains you of your money, health, and resources, Cyberpunkdreams is not an easy game. You’re going to die, but you’ll begin each subsequent playthrough with just a little bit more of an advantage. After weeks of playing, I’ve somehow managed to keep my second character alive and thriving. I’m sure I’ll run into a wall at some point, but apparently, I’ve been making the right decisions… or, the more likely reason, have been incredibly lu

You don’t need to be a fan of text-based adventures to enjoy Cyberpunkdreams. For fans of the cyberpunk genre, this is a game that you absolutely need to play. While chance and luck play a large part, the experience is exactly what you make of it. You’re more or less in charge of what happens to your character based on the decisions that you make. Even in my weeks-worth of playtime, I’ve barely even scratched the surface. There’s so much lore in this game. There’s even an e-book for those interested in diving into the Cyberpunkdreams world even more. More content is planned post-release, and with a dedicated community of players, Cyberpunkdreams is one game that you need to check

Kojima seems to have a prolific career as an intel operative, because he makes a third appearance in the final Metal Gear Solid , The Phantom Pain . If he was saved in the prologue/demo, Ground Zeroes , he will automatically be recruited to the Diamond Dogs when the capability becomes available. If not, Kojima must be rescued from the field, where the cutscene plays out in much the same

I’m sitting far enough back that I’m out of the crowd. Watching. Watching the line of people and vehicles as they wait at the border. Watching the Tower Group guards as they give the go-ahead to some to pass through the gate, forcing others – often physically – out of line and sending them wearily back to the bordertown; the badlands. They were probably mutants. Tower guards hate mutants. On the other side of the gate lies Cincinnati, now one of the only places in North America that’s hospitable enough to act as a major city – at least, as far as I’m aware right now. I’ve seen planes flying in and out of the city. There has to be somewhere else, ri

Armor doesn’t seem to do much for V in Cyberpunk's late game, while every single digit of damage matters. Otherwise, save this Perk for l

Kojima lends his likeness to a cameo in Cyberpunk 2077 , where he can be found relatively early in the game, sitting in the back of a bar in Konpeki Plaza.
Cyberpunk 2077 Is Still Broken On PS4

For the record, I don’t care for the game. While it would have been fascinating to see how the game itself and the discourse around it would have been different if it came out bug free, it still would have had its issues. Bugs or no, Cyberpunk 2077 is a game with a very binary perspective on gender that trades on a mostly superficial view of trans people , a horribly misogynistic view of women and sex workers , fridges one of its strongest female characters, and contained a (now patched out) racist m

The tabletop game, which is basically a sci-fi version of Dungeons and Dragons , would help lay down some of the plot and characters used in the plot of the video game . The answer is yes, for good reasons as well as bad ones. The developer has made progress, but the future longevity of the game is in serious doubt at this po

When opening a character creator in any video game, what are gamers most excited to customize? For many, it is all about the hair. After all, if the game is from the third-person perspective, chances are that you're going to be staring at the character's hair a

As for the hair, there are up to 20 different styles. Scratch that, it’s a triple-A PS4 game with a huge hype cycle and massive marketing campaign that we’re being told not to play on PS4. You can still buy it, of course. I don’t know if the PS Store can detect the difference between a PS4 and a PS4 Pro, but putting out a tweet essentially saying "you can buy this, but don’t," is horrifically anti-consumer. There are definitely players who are going to buy this on their regular PS4s - PS5s are notoriously hard to get and for literally every other game, the standard PS4 works. I know, I had the base version of the console last gen and had zero issues with its performance aside from it running a little loud. These players will be buying it because if they want to play Cyberpunk 2077, they have no other options, and they might not have even seen the tweet telling them not to. It’s reasonable for a player to assume that if a game is available to buy on the PS4, it will work on the PS4.

The fact that the city's birthrate fell by 7% in 2076 shows just how much toll stress and death is taking on the people of Night City. It's the third-worst decline in North America, which is pretty damning ind

Hideo Kojima makes perhaps his strangest appearance in his most recent work, Death Stranding . The entire game revels in its own weirdness, but a nightmarish sequence has a Kojima-shaped BT coming out of the floor to grab protagonist Sam Bridges' ankles. The sequence doesn't always trigger, but if players have Bridges sit in a private room for long enough, a pool of tar might appear around his bare feet. Similar to how Death Stranding 's BTs attack the player when traveling through their territory, the tar morphs itself into the likeness of Kojima before Bridges jolts awake out of the nightm

Silicon Dreams is a tremendous detective game. The way you grill these androids for information is highly engaging. I was surprised many times by the responses I got from my interrogations and the narrative continued to get more and more compelling as I went on. If the idea of delving into the minds of androids to see what makes them tick sounds like a fun time, then you should experience the dystopian nightmare that is Silicon Dre

Perhaps Kojima's most notable and pointed appearance is when he portrayed an operative in need of a rescue in a side mission of Metal Gear Solid V : Ground Zeroes . However, there are severe limitations considering the popularity of the MMO and its huge fanbase. There is a need for more curly hair options, and many fans are annoyed that some hairstyles cannot be used for certain races. Recent race additions like Viera and Hrothgar particularly have limited choi

Since there are different ways each interrogation can play out there are also multiple endings to find. I ended up getting quite a bleak end to my story. I'm definitely going to go back and try to unlock the other endings, but I wish there was an option to replay each interrogation sequence.
Cyberpunk 2077: The Most Expensive Items In The Game

Cyberpunkdreams is free-to-play, but there is an optional in-game transactional component. Everything you do in the game requires an Action. You have 40 Actions available to you, and gain one new Action every ten minutes. Obviously, the faster and longer you play, the quicker your Actions will get used up. Once you reach zero, you’ll need to wait for your Actions to build back up, or you can buy Credits using real-world money to expedite the process. Credits can also be used to buy locked content, should you come across it while playing. Credits are definitely optional, though. I was provided 1,000 Credits for review purposes, but in my weeks of playing, I’ve only used 170 Credits. I really only used them during my longer play sessions that lasted upwards of two to four hours. I actually like the Actions system, since when I run out of them, I take that as my indicator to pull myself away from the game’s Cyberpunk 2077 Patch Notes world and re-enter real life. However, the locals weren't having it and hit back with strong resistance. Even the NCPD gave up after the violence reached immense heights, and Kurt Hansen took over the chaos to wall off one particular section of Pacifica, initially called the Combat Zone before people started referring to it as Dogt

While you play as an interrogator, you're actually more of an investigator. You're given a list of questions that each have multiple choice answers that have to be filled out and sent to Kronos. To get the information you need, you ask the androids questions which might then lead to even more questions based on their answers. After you've filled out all the questions on the list, you're given three choices based on what you've found: release the android, send them for maintenance, or decommission them (which is the death sentence.) At the end of each interrogation, you're graded by Kronos and can get a nicer office if your superiors believe you performed your duties adequat

One of the most powerful and effective weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 , unsurprisingly, is also one of the most expensive. I ended up getting quite a bleak end to my story. I'm definitely going to go back and try to unlock the other endings, but I wish there was an option to replay each interrogation sequence. There's no way to redo them, so if you screw up and ask a dumb question, then you get what you get. The rich live in their own bubble and leave the poor to fend for themselves, leading to rampant crime, corruption, and disease that is slowly polluting the city. One such epidemic that most people believed wiped out a major chunk of Night City's population is Rat Fever, which hit the city in 2

There is a camera you can use to look at the androids, but the characters all look pretty low-poly and the textures and lighting look incredibly basic. I think a better art style would have helped make the androids easier to relate to as they just look like low-poly computer game characters. However, it doesn't hamper Silicon Dreams's gameplay, as most of it is text-based anyway, so it's easy to overlook. Plus, there is a good use of color as the world outside your office window looks vibrant and full of futuristic neon signs. Meanwhile, your workplace looks drab and monotone, further establishing that you're just a cog in the Kronos mach

Armor doesn’t seem to do much for V in Cyberpunk's late game, while every single digit of damage matters. But still, it’s a blockbuster release, and I take no pleasure in seeing the people who like it - even the people who supported it at its most toxic - getting screwed over like this. Nobody is winning except the people making money, and that’s what got Cyberpunk 2077 into this mess in the first pl

Led by Saburo Arasaks, they have made Japan the top of the world in just about everything —so much so, that even losing a fourth corporate war with Militech hardly did anything to stop its influence in Japan.
Cyberpunk 2077: 10 Things You'd Only Know If You Played The Tabletop Game

Aside from these, Kojima's voice can be heard at various time throughout Guns of the Patrio

In the tabletop game, Cyberpsychosis happens when a player reaches zero humanity points. There are few subjects that are as interesting to write about as the concept of giving robots the capacity to think and feel. It's a rich topic of discussion because it opens up all kinds of questions about what exactly it is to be a sentient lifeform. Do androids deserve rights? Should they be treated equally? Are we monsters for creating beings solely for the purpose of performing menial tasks for our own convenience? Silicon Dreams asks all these questions and more, which not only makes it a good piece of science fiction but also a fascinating, entertaining g

Though intel operative Hideo has a more substantial role in Ground Zeroes , he can also be recruited to the Militaires Sans Frontières mercenary group in Peace Walker .
Cyberpunk 2077: 10 Ways The Game Has Changed Since Launch

He himself had seen the corruption of both the government and corporations firsthand, which led him to start the rockerboy movement with his band Samurai. Silverhand was the first to really stand up to the corporations and through his music showed that it could be done. Regardless of how people felt about him, he always stuck to his beliefs and empowered people around him, such as Kerry Eurod

Solos in the Cyberpunk 2077 Updates universe are basically mercenaries that take work as bodyguards, contract assassins, and whatever else a client with enough money will have them do. This has a lot of similarities to the gigs V partakes in during the course of 2

If the fact that greedy corporations controlling every facet of society was not enough, the world is also in a bad place in other areas as well, with it all basically starting in the usually nostalgic and mostly cheerful 199

Imagine a questline breaking in the middle of a mission, simply because a character lacked the right Attribute requirements? How about cars driven by key NPCs missing a turn, or a new objective not triggering when it's supposed to? This is just scratching the surface of a much bigger problem, but it seems like CD Projekt Red is burning the midnight oil to try and patch up as many missions as possible. That's wise if they want to sell more cop

While many bugs have been squashed since that fateful launch, Cyberpunk 2077 is still rife with them. Many have been longtime staples of YouTube roast videos, such as streetlights without any poles, hilariously bad physics bugs, texture glitches, and more. It seems those most obvious ones are still being overloo

But, one gamer makes light of one glitch by comparing it to the biggest Keanu Reeves movie of them all, The Matrix . The cigarette is clearly supposed to be in Silverhand’s hand, but it’s floating in the air in front of his face. The gamer claims it isn’t a glitch, instead being done through the power of thought, just like

The tabletop game, which is basically a sci-fi version of Dungeons and Dragons , would help lay down some of the plot and characters used in the plot of the video game . Some eagle-eyed veterans of the tabletop game may notice a few things in the video games that most might have otherwise glanced o

Armor doesn’t seem to do much for V in Cyberpunk's late game, while every single digit of damage matters. So, if there’s nothing better to grab, 200% Efficiency might be worth it. Otherwise, save this Perk for l

Outrage is pretty common in gaming, and it feels wrong to be encouraging it, especially around a game as toxic as Cyberpunk 2077.

This is where that outrage comes back into play. I don’t want it to be expressed with death threats to developers , or in the whiny caricature of gamers we see snapping video game discs while frothing at the mouth to stick it to the man. There has also been a huge anti-journalist culture that the Cyberpunk fanbase has leaned into - for obvious reasons, I think we should avoid that too. I don’t want to encourage people to get more angry about this game that in truth has never come close to delivering on its potential even months later, but we should not stand for Sony selling us a game on PS4 while telling us not to play it on a PS4. It’s ludicr

It primarily focuses on the aftermath of the previously mentioned fourth corporate war and how Arasaka eventually returns to Night City. Players of Red will know how Arasaka returned to Night City and without them coming back, the events of 2077 would surely have never happe

Led by Saburo Arasaks, they have made Japan the top of the world in just about everything —so much so, that even losing a fourth corporate war with Militech hardly did anything to stop its influence in Japan. Knowing what strings to pull, what to invest in and more have made Arasaka and Japan a true juggernaut on the world st

Cyberpunk 2077's Lifepaths Should Have Made More Of A Difference

Writers, illustrators, architects, and political radicals have eagerly embraced the nascent solarpunk genre as an optimistic alternative to the gloomy, polluted sprawls of cyberpunk and the "everything has a cogwheel" decor of steampunk. Additionally, many Afrofuturist creatives have adopted trappings of visit the following webpage solarpunk genre to build hypothetical worlds where futuristic technology mingles with traditional African architecture, artwork, and fashion, as is seen in the fictional country of Wakanda from Black Panther . In short, solarpunk is shaping up to be the new big thing - not just for books and movies, but for video games,

Other than the three initial starting points and at least one job specific to each Lifepath, the only major gameplay changes that Cyberpunk 2077 's Lifepath choices affect are dialogue options; each Lifepath occasionally gets specific dialogue responses that can provide context to a conversation or give the player an edge in advancing the discussion, just like the skill-based dialogue options. Even V’s Lifepath-specific database info doesn’t provide any useful information t0 help players invest in their Lifepath choice. With unique tutorials centered around each Lifepath, CDPR could’ve provided useful background information about V’s life before Johnny and make each Lifepath matter m

When **Cyberpunk 2077’s ** Lifepath trailer first came out, it looked like the Lifepath players chose would have a huge impact on gameplay, with the idea of different starting points for each adding to the game’s hype. Unfortunately, players were likely left disappointed when the uniqueness each Lifepath seemingly ended within roughly 20 minutes of Cyberpunk 2077 's opening moments. A player's chosen Lifepath proved to not have as big an impact on gameplay as marketed, with the Cyberpunk 2077 's Lif epath convergence point happening very early on the game. CDPR missed a golden opportunity to give each path depth and life with a unique, story-driven tutor

A pink vending machine in Cyberpunk 2077 named Brendan needs V’s help. There’s a dumpster in front of him that’s blocking customers from seeing him. After completing this task, Brendan will continue to offer new dialogue and side quests that lead V to discover Brendan is actually sentient, and he knows a bit more than he should about V’s situation with Johnny Silverh

Sneaky Approach - For those players who would much rather sneak in and out of an area without being spotted by any enemies or kill everyone around them without being caught, the Thievery and Agent Saboteur missions are perfect. These different missions will almost completely require the player to sneak around without being spotted to finish them. Louder players can still take a crack at them, but it will be much harder to pocket an item or put a tracker on something when they've got several angry gang members trying to murder them. There are 29 of these mission types as well, so stealthy players won't miss out by only focusing on these. They will also be able to complete the other 11 Search and Recover and Special Delivery missi

Imagine a Nomad-centric tutorial, where players could begin the game at the Bakkers camp in The Badlands. In a flashback, perhaps, V could remember their time with the Bakkers, letting players go through the tutorial with Willie McCoy and other members of the clan, depending on the skill that’s being worked on. For example, the player could do the melee tutorial with one member of the Bakkers and the stealth tutorial with another. Not only would this allow players to learn Cyberpunk 2077 's basic skills , but it would also give players an idea of who Nomad V was prior to the beginning of the game. Once players complete the tutorial, the original starting point would begin, with V leaving their clan and heading to Night C

The pranked sister was supposed to show up at the wedding and get upset, leading to juicy on-screen drama. However, the military cyberware implants turned her into a cyberpsycho, so when she walked into the café and sees her fiancé marrying her sister, she goes insane and brutally murders every

In Cyberpunk 2077 , V is racing against the clock to get Johnny Silverhand’s construct out of their head before he takes over their consciousness for good. In the meantime, V needs to build up their street cred, gather allies, and make some money. Between the complex main story quests and dozens of intriguing side missions , V will experience many incredible mome

The Street Kid starting point involves V helping a bartender named Pepe pay off his debt by stealing a car. Along the way, V meets up with Padre of the Valentinos gang, at which point it’s revealed V just returned to Night City from Atlanta. After a brief altercation with a 6 th Street gang member, Padre gives V his card and drops V off. It’s not known why V left Night City for Atlanta or if they were a part of any of Cyberpunk 2077 's gangs before leav

LeGuin and Norman Spinrad have been writing books set in proto-solarpunk societies, where technological progress is balanced with renewable energy and communal living. Writer Jay Springett traced solarpunk's origins, as a term, to an obscure 2008 blog post, but he attributes the movement's true beginnings to a 2012 Brazilian short story anthology titled S olarpunk: Ecological and Fantastical Stories in a Sustainable World . Solarpunk stories consciously reject the neon grime of classic cyberpunk 2077 cheats and the white sterile corridors of classic sci-fi settings in favor of futures that are vibrant and hopeful, while still feeling tantalizingly plausi

Fortunately for players, romances aren’t limited to specific lifepaths. Players can choose any lifepath and romance any available character they want, as long as the player’s V is that character’s preference. Just as Judy prefers females, River Ward also prefers females. Players who use male V can romance Kerry and Panam. The only character who doesn’t have a gender preference is Meredith, but players cannot have a full relationship with her - players can only have a one-night stand with Meredith. Even though players do have at least two romance options regardless of which V chosen, there are seven interesting characters and fan favorites who should’ve been romancea

Stealth is an incredibly useful skill tree within **Cyberpunk 2077 ** , which can make or break specific types of builds . Within the Reflexes attribute, all the focus will be put on the Assault branch. If the player would instead like to focus on being a Netrunner they should look into the Intelligence attribute, or if they wish to play a sort of ninja the Blades section of Reflexes should suff

While most other builds a player might invest in several of the different attributes, it isn't necessary with a stealth build. They completely satisfy every aspect of a stealth build within the limits of the Cool attribute. However, for this build, we will also invest in Reflexes for more of a stealth sniper build . There are many ways the player could make their exact favorite build and focus on a different weapon type. Snipers just happen to be a classic for stealth-based charact

Finally, when arming and armoring V, players should focus on items that increase critical chance and critical damage. Generally, players should avoid mods like silencers that reduce damage dealt. True, implementing these solutions on a large scale will take hard work, investment, and far-reaching changes to the structure of societies, but it can be done, as long as people believe it can. And what better way to inspire people to work towards better worlds than by creating simulations of these better worlds for them to explore and experiment w

One of the first things players should look into while making any build is the attributes. Each attribute can be broken down into either two or three branches that are packed with specific perks. This will lead the player to build a unique and powerful charac

Even if Hanako isn’t a full romance option, perhaps she could reward V’s loyalty to Arasaka by giving them a new body. The trust between V and Hanako is already be established by Hanako willingly showing V the biggest secret Arasaka has, and it’s unknown what Hanako’s marital status is, so perhaps a potential romance isn't too far-fetc

The Best Gunslinger Build in Cyberpunk 2077

Gunslinger builds require players to put most of their points in Body, Reflexes, and Cool. This should help players land more critical hits and avoid most damage. Players who want to use shotguns or machine guns should also invest points into Technical Ability so they can craft more powerful weapons . For shotguns and machine guns, Body and Technical Ability will be most important. For handguns, Reflexes and Cool will be most import

Throughout Act I, V mostly knows Johnny Silverhand’s name in passing as one of the terrorists responsible for the Arasaka Tower bombing . After the disastrous heist that ends with Jackie dying and V using their own brain as a storage container for the stolen biochip, players suddenly find themselves seeing through Johnny’s eyes. "Love Like Fire" is an interlude mission in which Johnny plays his final show, storms Arasaka Tower, and is interrogated and kil

To defeat the enemies like netrunners and gangs of scavengers in Night City, _Cyberpunk 2077 _ players will need to use skill and attribute points and perks they earn as they level up to build their character. Players will unfortunately not have enough points when leveling up to become a powerful all-around player, so they will need to specialize. There are plenty of options for players to choose from when building a character, from a katana-wielding melee fighter to a hacker who can cause an opponent to explode from within. If these options don't appeal to a player's style, another option might be to pick up a simple set of revolvers or machine gun or shotgun , which can help players land some massive critical numb

Finally, when arming and armoring V, players should focus on items that increase critical chance and critical damage. They should also invest in the Cyberware Trajectory Analysis, which increases headshot bonus damage by 50%, and Synaptic Accelerator, which slows time when a player enters com

Takemura is one of many important characters in Cyberpunk 2077’s storyline. Players first meet Takemura in Act 1, as he is the one who saves V from the junkyard. Takemura spends his time throughout the game trying to meet with Hanako Arasaka and tell her the truth about Saburo and Yorin

Jackie’s death at the end of Cyberpunk 2077's Act I is both shocking and poignant, so having the opportunity to attend his wake gives V (and the player) some much-needed closure. V is also introduced to Padre and the Valentinos and gets the chance to chat with Viktor, Mama Welles, and Mi

Synthwave beats and funky electronica or maybe some post-modern orchestral tones would have fit in well with Night City. However, the majority of the music on the radio consists of its own version of contemporary artists, mostly rap, grunge, and other loud lyrical gen

The Gunslinger build uses high firepower and the Body, Cool, and Reflexes attributes to improve their guns. Players will be using either power pistols or shotguns for this build, and Https://Q8101.Com they will want to focus on damage per shot, not DPS, and perform headshots and shots to other weak points. If players would prefer turning V into a cybernetically enhanced cowboy sharpshooter, they can use skills, attributes, and perks to build the perfect gunslinger in Cyberpunk 20

One of the most important resources to gain from missions though is cold hard cash. Players will be able to take any money that they earn during their travels and buy new weapons , gear, and armor to make themselves much more capable. While there are many different ways to collect cash throughout Cyberpunk 2077 , the side gigs are some of the simplest and fastest ways to do so. This guide shows players the best side gigs for making mo

Work Certain Regions First - As mentioned earlier, the only way to unlock new tiers of side gigs is to earn street cred. The downside though is that certain regions in the game will unlock additional tiers sooner than others, and there are some regions that won't unlock new tiers until late in the game. The best thing for players to do is focus on both Watson and the Badlands areas first. They both unlock their second tiers at street cred levels four and five and their third tier at eight and eleven respectively. This means that their third tiers open up before most other regions even unlock their second tier. Work through these missions first to build up cred and earn cash quic

Fans with a specific and distinct taste for music caught this and pointed out that the sounds in Cyberpunk 2077 were more "punk" and less "cyber." In any case, sticking to mostly electronic beats would have probably made the world more dramatic but less immersive and too similar to Blade Runner or other cyberpunk me

Yet another polarizing point of debate that the player-base can't all agree with is how the game should've been more discreet about its development and release. Cyberpunk 2077 blew up so big that it was one of the most anticipated games in history, right up there with a certain third game from Valve that's yet to be relea

Cyberpunk 2077's Most Surprising Side Gigs (Good and Bad)

Updated November 30, 2023 by Erik Petrovich : The base version of Cyberpunk 2077 Crafting Guide 2077 offered players a number of mods to almost every piece of equipment, but after updates throughout 2023, the number of mods has drastically been reduced. In fact, the entire category of Clothing mods no longer exists, as almost all stats come from Cyberware now. That isn't to say that recent updates haven't given players new tools to play with, though. This guide to the best Cyberpunk 2077 weapon mods has been trimmed of its clothing mods (as they are no longer available in game). In their place, players can find a new section detailing the best weapon mod post-Phantom Liberty: the Wallpunc

Though some players have noted some bugs getting it from Smith, why shell out for one of the most expensive vehicles in the game when it can be stolen for free? Being a Type-66, this has obvious similarities to the others in its class, but there are some custom color changes and red whiting on the doors. The MPH also pops up on the driver's side windshield, which can be either considered an annoyance or a convenie

In addition, the vehicle features a unique graphic on the hood of a screaming skull with the word "Predator" scribed across it in graffiti fashion. Many players would love to get their hands on this classic beauty. Unfortunately, it's hands-off, as the only time players will get to experience this lavish vehicle is during the "Chippin' In" mission, where V and Rogue team up to track down Adam Smash

From a design perspective, there's no difference between this and the other Type-66 cars, except for one pretty major thing. This car takes all those gray colors and makes them black. As players unravel the mysteries of Night City , they may sometimes want to be as dark as the city itself, and the Cthulu is the car to make that hap

Quadra cars often represent the pinnacle of performance in Cyberpunk 2077 . These muscle cars are produced by the fictional New USA-based Quadra company and are some of the most iconic vehicles in the entire game. While they aren’t the fastest, they frequently make the top ten of fastest cars in the g

The Corporate Lifepath starting point begins with V vomiting in the restroom, dealing the stress of life as an employee of __ Cyberpunk 2077 's Arasaka corporation . They are called into the office of their boss, Arthur Jenkins, and tasked with killing his boss, Susan Abernathy. V reluctantly agrees and goes to meet longtime friend Jackie to talk about completing the job. However, before the two can do anything, V is apprehended by Susan's agents and relieved of duty as an Arasaka employee, leaving V with nothing but a chance to start o

Now, CD Projekt Red has to deal with the repercussions of its morbid marketing campaign. Besides a landslide of refunds of the game being doled out by Sony, Microsoft , and GameStop , CD Projekt Red may have some legal trouble on its hands as well. A Manhattan-based law firm filed a suit last week against CD Projekt Red on behalf of anyone that bought stock in the company. Part of the press release regarding the lawsuit explicitly cites the "defendants' (CD Projekt Red) statements about its business, operations, and prospects," calling them "materially fal

V finds this cyberpsycho standing below the balcony of a seaside café amidst two dead bodies. After defeating the cyberpsycho, V loots a series of data shards that tell a harrowing story about two twin sisters and a reality television show gone terribly wrong. The twin sisters were to appear on a reality prank show. One sister "pranked" the other by drugging her and installing scary military implants that make her look uglier. Then she impersonated her twin to trick her sister’s fiancé into marrying her at the seaside ca

Of course, this issue isn’t exactly uncommon. The most notable instance of a game’s advertising setting expectations high for me was at E3 2012 when Watch Dogs was first shown off. The game was absolutely stunning during its presentation. For the time, its visuals exceeded expectations, and it featured numerous new gameplay elements, like its hacking system and other mechanics that just looked fun to play w

Right between the Berkley & Bay and the Palms View Plaza in Wellspring, the crafting blueprint will be on the ground. This is the only way to get the legendary version of the mod, but, for the non-crafters, the epic version (with a 5% crit chance) can be purchased at other vend

Cyberpunk 2077: Best Tabletop RPGs Like It To Play Instead

Just four years after Neuromancer was published, a video game adaptation was released on Amiga, Apple, MS-DOS, and the Commodore 64, and in the years since, the video game market has been flooded with games like System Shock , Deus Ex , and Beneath A Steel Sky. These games frequently embrace the links between the virtual realities of the cyberpunk genre and their own simulated worlds of computer code. There are also a fair number of Cyberpunk 2077 Online Guide tabletop RPGs out there, pen-and-paper games that still blow video games out of the water when it comes to simulating detailed living worlds by using the "wetware" imagination of their players and game mast

Yorinobu Arasaka and Corpo V actually aren’t that different. Both had corporate backgrounds. Both left the corporate world, and both can find themselves back doing Arasaka’s bidding. Yorinobu also isn’t too different from Johnny Silverhand - both of them want to destroy Arasaka. Had Yorinobu Arasaka been a romance option, perhaps players could’ve had the opportunity to destroy Arasaka from the inside out once and for

In short, solarpunk worlds are both colorful and alive - more down to earth than the sleek futures seen in Star Trek , but less grimy and commercialism-saturated than games like Cyberpunk 2077 . In an industry where eye-catching graphics are vital to marketing, the visuals of a solarpunk video game would stand out among its less colorful and gloomier competitors. Hints of what a solarpunk game could look like can be seen in Pokémon games like Pokémon Sun and Moon , where urban communities fueled by renewable energy (and Pokémon ) are surrounded by shires, parks, and wild places (and wild Pokémon ). A few gritty dieselpunk games, like Final Fantasy 7 or The Outer Worlds , also betray elements of solarpunk when examined more closely. In the lawless places outside the control of corporations like Shinra or Spacer's Choice, ecological-minded visionaries are building new societies in places like Cosmo Canyon or the Botanical Labs that are based not just around sustainable technology but sustainable ways of l

In Lancer 's setting, the post-scarcity utopian dreams of Union are challenged by the " Corpro-States ," four interstellar corporations that control much of the galactic economy, conquer worlds to boost their profit margins, and own many of the mech licenses players can upgrade and customize in-game. One of the major Corpro-States in Lancer , HORUS, is a faceless OmniNet conspiracy of hackers, techno-gnostics, and trans-humanist radicals who worship RA, an experimental A.I. who ascended to godhood. Appropriately enough, the Titanfall -style mech chassis and A.I. companions HORUS creates have terrifyingly powerful hacking systems, insectile limb arrangements, and ominous mythical names such as " Balor " or " Hydr

When CD Projekt Red's latest action RPG, **Cyberpunk 2077 ** , was released in December 2020, it was plagued by bugs and glitches on its various platforms, to the point that Sony pulled the PS4 version from the PlayStation Store. Fans waiting for Cyberpunk 2077 to be patched can check out other cyberpunk video games, or they can go "analog" and check out the cyberpunk-themed tabletop RPGs listed below. These roleplaying games may use dice and player imagination instead of cutting-edge graphics, but they still explore fascinating cyberpunk the

Look Out For Bounties - If players have been paying attention they will notice that when scanning some enemies a bounty will appear. This can be a great way to earn cash, especially when some of the higher up gang members give out rewards of $10,000 or more. While playing through a gig players should keep an eye out for nearby enemies that have bounties on their head. Killing them will earn some extra cash, even if they are a part of the side gig mission alre

One thing
