- Open your Word document containing your copied URLs

- Launch the VBA Editor in Microsoft Word (Search)

- In the VBA Editor, select the menu item: Insert Module

- Copy the VBA code (below) into the module window to convert all your copied URLs (links) into hyperlinks:

Sub UnderlineAllHyperlinks()

Dim hl As Hyperlink

For Each hl In ActiveDocument.Hyperlinks

hl.Range.Style = ActiveDocument.Styles("Hyperlink")

Next

End Sub

- Close the VBA Editor

- Press ALT+F8 and then click Start:

All the links in your document will be automatically converted into underlined, clickable hyperlinks.

-Vice Versa: VBA code for the VBA Editor: for Word documents to remove clickable hyperlinks, converting them back to non-clickable and non-underlined URLs:

Sub RemoveHyperlinkUnderlines()

Dim hl As Hyperlink

For Each hl In ActiveDocument.Hyperlinks

hl.Range.Underline = wdUnderlineNone

Next hl

End Sub
