When the round ends, Xur will instruct you to guess who the enemy in the final round will be. Make your guess by standing on the pad closest to the door that corresponds with your choice - left for Hive, center for Cabal, or right for Vex. If you guess correctly, you'll get a buff called Starhorse's Favor that will boost your ability recovery for a short time and give your character a crown made of light. Guessing wrong gives you the Starhorse's Penalty debuff that slows down your ability recovery. In either event, run through the door that opens and make your way through the obstacle course. The buff/debuff should run out by the time you get to the next ar

After defeating the final round, Xur will sometimes announce the start of a Lightning Round. There's some speculation online about how to activate the Lightning Round. Some think you need your whole team to guess the correct door for the final round, and some think you need to kill an invisible target called the Special Guest to trigger it, but from our experience, the Lightning Round is a completely random ev

Quickdraw and Snapshot Sights is a perennial favorite combination of dedicated Crucible snipers, but you can also go for Firmly Planted in the first column or Moving Target in the second. In PvE content, Triple Tap is a must, but the second column lacks High Impact Reserves or Vorpal to make 1000 Yard Stare into a real boss kil

Since Quick Charge is such a good source of Charged with Light stacks, you can get away with using two mods that consume your stacks. Heavy Handed will give you an incredibly short melee cooldown, and High-Energy Fire will give you the firepower needed to melt majors and bosses quic

Not explicitly clear in-game, Forerunner is a Special Kinetic Sidearm that features enhanced hip-fire accuracy. Aiming with this weapon deploys a short-range scope, just like the Halo: Combat Evolved Magnum. The weapon holds 12 rounds in the magazine with 60 in reserves. You start with eight rounds in PvP and recover two ammo from slain Guardians—four if you have a Sidearm Scavenger mod. PvE ammo bricks grant around +20 ammo, similar to how Eriana's Vow works. Sidearm mods, such as Sidearm Targeting and Surprise Attack , work with Forerun

Near the top of the wall, you'll find a vertical chasm with platforms rotating in and out of the walls. Hop onto a platform that's active, then wait for the next platform to pop out of the wall. Repeat this until you reach the top. You'll find a cryo pod in this area that looks awfully similar to the cryo-chambers in the Halo franchise. Use your Strange Key to crack the pod open, giving you the frame of the Forerunner Exotic Side

imageUnfortunately, there aren't nearly enough Hive that spawn in the open to reach x25 stacks. You'll need to open side doors in the arena to reveal spawn points for the Hive. To open these doors, you'll need to steal a Fallen Vandal's Scorch Cannon. They always spawn at the opposite end of the map from the crystal altar, typically firing at the Ogre from a raised platform. You'll want to kill the Vandal and take their gun. Shoot the Scorch Cannon into the right side generator, charging it just like before. Enter the room it opens to grab some Engrams. Open the opposite side to spawn more Hive. This should be enough to start the DPS phase, but feel free to repeat this as much as you n

Begin the activity by walking forward into the rift between Xur and Starhorse to launch yourself into the first arena. Clear the enemies and activate the Wheel Of Adversity to select which enemy type your team will face in this first round. There will be some slight differences depending on which enemy type you get, but the general flow of the activity will be the s
