Pokémon Go has little, if any, story. The player enters the world, catches Pokémon, and occasionally assists Professor Willow with his research. That’s the extent of any story the game has. Wizards Unite changes this the moment the player opens the game. It introduces a unique story, explaining why the player is important and why they need to have an active role in the adventure game walkthrough.
